How do we do it?
The moment you have more than two people working together, a culture begins to form. There are only two types of cultures: accidental cultures and intentional cultures. At WRM we work to create an intentional culture through our words and actions every day. This culture relies on the mutual understanding and personal commitment of every volunteer, staff person, investor, and resident.
