Winchester Rescue Mission is a non-profit human services organization that has been serving people in Winchester and Frederick County since 1973. Our mission is to provide healing from the past, help for the present, and hope for the future, to people who are experiencing the devastating effects of homelessness and poverty. Starting out as an emergency shelter for men, our ministry has expanded over the years into a residency program for men and women and a food ministry that provides groceries and meals to our neighboring community.
